| Tap Dance in Kansas City The
rhythmic magic of America's indigenous art form has been enjoying quite the
resurgence over the past few years.
The enormous popularity of shows such as "Riverdance", "Lord
of the Dance", "Tap Dogs",
"Stomp", and "Bring in da Noise, Bring in da Funk" are
inspiring students of
all ages to learn tap.
The Betty Tillotson Studio is the premiere tap studio in Kansas City.
In 1977 Miss Tillotson took this art form to the next level in Kansas City
by forming The Kansas City Tap and Musical Comedy
Dance Company, a non-profit corporation.

The Company performs at venues all over the city and in foreign countries
such as Mexico, Spain, and Germany.Article by Deborah
